COB-SRIM 011 Self-Lubricating Bearings

It is based on a bronze alloy of a particular formulation with a sintered bronze layer as its interlayer and the compound of PTFE and Pb as its surface. It offers the property of good self-lubricating, low wear, and low fraction, it has made full use of the strong points of metals and polymer materials. It is used in steel metallurgical industry, cement grout pumps, and spiral conveyors for cement, etc.

COB-SRIM 016 Self-Lubricating Bearings (without Pb)

It is based on a bronze alloy of a particular formulation with high density with a sintered bronze layer as its interlayer, with the compound of mostly PTFE and other factors. In accordance with an environmental request, it is without lead which makes the bearing lubricating condition cleaner.

COB-SRIM 011 Application

  1. PTFE and lead can protect the shaft, while the machine in operation
  2. It can be composed in a steel housing, or fabricated into flanged bushes which result in function for motion both on flange and I.D.
  3. It is widely used in steel metallurgy industry, such as bushes for fuller grooves of successive casting machines cement grouting pumps and screw conveyors of the machine
  4. Bronze has a good thermal conductivity, it will divert heat while the machine operating
  5. It can be applied in the machine, working for a long time, which examine and repair is incapable because the bronze can lubricate itself
  6. It is used in the feeble acid and alkali condition because of good anti-corrosion of bronze backing
  7. Good load capacity

  1. PTFE and fibre can protect the shaft while in operation
  2. It is harmless to people because of lead-free
  3. Excellent load capacity and anti-wear
  4. Bronze and steel have a good thermal conductivity
  5. Anti-corrosion because of surface plating
  6. It is widely used in general machines, and suitable for food machine, pharmaceutical machine, tobacco machine etc. It will substitute SF-1 in future because of to protect the environment.
