COB-SRIM 010 Self-Lubricating Bearings

It is made of a high-quality, low-carbon steel plate, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer and the compound of PTFE and Pb as its surface. It offers the property of good self-lubricating, low wear, and a low fraction. It has made the full use of the strong points of metals and polymer materials. It is used in printing machines, woven machines, tobacco machines, as well as gymnastic machines etc.

COB-SRIM 015 Self-Lubricating Bearings (without Pb)

It is made of a high-quality, low-carbon steel plate, sintered porous bronze as it's interlayer and the compound of PTFE material and Pb as its surface. In accordance with an environmental request, it is without lead which makes the bearing lubricating condition cleaner. It is based on a bronze alloy of a particular formulation with high density with the sintered bronze layer as its interlayer, with the compound of mostly PTFE and other factors.

  1. Dry or only a trace of grease or oil required maintenance free
  2. Low friction and with long life
  3. Low vibration, low noise and non-pollution in operation
  4. Electroplating is possible to prevent corrosion. It is widely used in various sliding motions of a different kind of machine such as textile machine, tobacco machines, vehicles automobiles, agriculture machines etc
  5. Low stick-slip properties ensure the accuracy of machine operation under low sliding speeds
  6. The load will spread over a wider area due to the bearing materials elastic nature
  7. PTFE and the lead film are transferred to the mating shaft to improve running properties
  8. It can be used in low hardness of the mating shaft, so the shafts processing is easy
  9. The machine will be compact because of the thin thickness and low weight of the bush
